TechieCT Posted July 12 Posted July 12 No manufacturer tests every frame, they come up with a design and do the necessary stress testing to meet the safety requirements ISO or UCI spec etc. Random frames are then put through these tests, but all frames have a visual check. I have been on my Aero 2 for about 3 years and it has been Amazing! You can't go wrong with this brand, best value for money on the market and comes with a bike fit and custom paint design!? 💪🏻

Who knows how good the QC at any of the factories? I have been involved in the bike industry and I can tell you that a lot of the good brands come from the same factories. I can also tell you that a lot of the "super premium" bike brands have lots of manufacturing/warranty issues locally or come in with bad paint/drips and have to be touched up locally. TechieCT Posted October 23 Posted October 23 QC is done at the factory, but the big brands are not any better with their QC. Carbon sheets are layed up by hand and there is always room for error or problems in the curing process.
