What bike parts/components etc are very difficult to obtain in SA?

What components/parts/more specialised unique bike bits and bobs do you find very difficult to find in SA? Either from local SA importers and suppliers or perhaps if self importing the costs are no longer appealing. Asia is one thing but what about the items you want from Europe?

There is a site with Red Shift stems and seat posts but they never seem to be in stock.. (gravel and tour is the site)

Bearings.  Seems Enduro has a pretty big monopoly and no one else really caters for the bike industry due to low volumes.
