I don't think it will change easily - complexities of land ownership and low priority for the politicians I think.

I have been using the bridge regularly since January, There has been a lot of policy presence. Police van will be parked there most mornings and almost every afternoon. 

 

I'm not sure if there has been any muggings recently.
