Bike Hubber with user name James David

Hi

has anybody delt with Bike hubber James David, was contacted last night but from a UK number, but the name on Whatsapp profile is William Packer, something is odd here, and I have my red flags, he is in the UK and will arrange a bike computer from there and bring it over, but yes just thinking something is off
