Cyclesure - Excellent Service

Sonic and i had an unfortunate incident on Saturday which caused some minor damage to a wheel and pedals (Approximately R 1400).

 

Mailed Cyclesure, they replied with a claim form, got a quote from the LBS and I submitted it via fax to Cyclesure.

 

2 Hours later and the claim was approved and the LBS told to go ahead, now that is good service .

Hi Guys, on the topic of insurance. Would you say it is cheaper and worth it to insure with them rather than to specify your bike on your household insurance? I lost a set of wheels on a pothole a while ago and by the afternoon I was riding with a new set... thanks to Mutual and Federal

Had a similar experience with Cyclesure - broke my sunglasses in such a stupid way I didn't think they'd even believe me.  2 days later had replacement lenses.

I broke a wheel (campag Vento) about 10 years ago... Cyclesure actualy was one of my sponsors at the time...same story... approved immediately and no hassle... so just comes to show... good service from the day they started out!!!

Cherry, don't lie. The wheel has not been invented yet 10 years ago, never mind a Campag one.

The lady from Cyclesure actually done a follow-up call with me after my purchasing of some concrete at HNP track in June, This just shows how they are improving their customer service base.

hey.... jy is n mamparra... Vento alliminium deep section wheels has been around for a very long time, i dont even think you will find one of them around anymore.... maybe it was bfore your time..

I wont' know about their service... just took the bike to LBS and sorted from there.

Bliksempie broke his Fondriest in a crash as I was in JHB for the day I took the bike for them to assess,  15 min later had an approval and sir Bliksempie now rides a Cannondale super 6
