Another good recipe:

1 packet of Vitathion (spelling)

1 packet of Rehidrat (or any rehidration powder)

1 scoop of Fructose (+/- 50 gram)

mix together with 700 - 1000ml of water.

Normally I think yes.

tbsp., Tbsp. or T.

tablespoon

tsp. or t.

teaspoon

I would agree, according to article, 2 to one ration of Malto to Fructose, so:

0.5 cup = +-60g Malto

6.5 Teaspoon = +-32g Fructose

Dont know about you guys but I'm battling to find fructose let alone maltodextrin at any Dischem ? Is it that the "players"in the game are not selling this anymore, as they want you to rather buy their energy drinks ?

Fructose can get from a Healthshop or a Diabetics stockist, our Spar keeps it...

Maltrodextrin: Supplements SA at our Pharmacy is R27/kg...
