Red Zone Posted April 20, 2009 Share A law was passed last year I think, that makes it manditory for all bikes sold in the USA to have the plastic thingy on it. Same applies to reflectors in the UK. Danger Dassie Posted April 20, 2009 Share Didn't conform to federal safety standard, Cannondale don't have any other choice but to issue a recall.If they didn't and someone crashes, they could then open a civil claim against Cannondale.
