By the way. I have a Daccordi that i want to sell. Nice thing about this one is it's full late 80's Dura Ace in real good condition. I'll start advertising here first...

 Hi Wazza,

I am looking for a track specific Campy chain ring if you have one.

Pls PM me with your details so I can contact you to discuss.

Sorry to fellow Colnago & Campy lovers, but I don't like that golden one, it's just too much, even to look at, let alone ride it. It must be the first Colnago ever that I don't like. I better go to the doc for a checkup. Something must be wrong with me.   ;)

Finished rebuilding these in the week. It's getting warmer and quite pleasant to work in the garage during the evenings.

CONUNDRUM

I came upon this a couple of days ago. Owner wants to sell. He's convinced this is a real ALAN and therefore worth a lot of money.

I have searched the interwebs and found neither hound nor hair of a chromoly Alan, nothing other than screwed and glued ali or carbon.

Anyone know anything??????

@ Hey you, those decals don't look like typical Alan decals. Any chance that is a respray?

The Carlton was a British make afaik.

The Gitane is a well known French manufacturer. I don't think they exist anymore.

First time I have heard of a Peugeot Calypso. Any labels of what tubing they are made of?
