I'm not sure if you're serious or not.

 

Do roadies really do that during races?

There's normally a call when the whole peloton goes for a nature break (like a truce in war) and occasionally a rider has to do a mobile nr 1 (rarely so)

It kind of looks like everyone is actually supporting the rider on the far right, who seems to be fiddling with something at his midriff.

Have seen it done in local races.  Especially if the race is longer than 150km.

 

Jeepers. That must be supremely uncomfortable. Trying to keep your balance, whilst not trying to piss all over yourself.

It will probably also help if you've got the, uhm, "length" to pull it off easily.

Yes, even the top mtb guys in ultra marathons and epic. Me and half the bunch in Shova this year had to duck for cover as Nolan whipped it out in the bunch at 60kph just before inchanga.
