Nobody knows the ID of the person logged in.....not even the moderators.  I am not sure of ADMIN though.....

 

But being here on the hub for 3 odd years everyday, I can EASELY pick up if someone is yanking chain or if someone is for real.

 

I have been wrong on three occasions that I know off.

Bliksempie which I thought was a double alias.....(Who calls themselves THAT??)

Samajoor who was brash from the start and stirred a lot.  Thought is was a double but I was wrong and was confirmed to be a real person that I could shake hands with.

Couch Potato who I still don't know who it is. (And everyone thought it was I )

Other than that it is pretty easy....you just wait until the person logs in wrong or writes in a style that you have seen before or if he or she tells you it is him.....Big.mamma spilled the beans at Bakwena race without even knowing it!!!  .

of the ladies team to represent South Africa at the World Championships

Spidey a few things

 

1. Bliksempie got his name by the way he taunts and mocks everybody , by the way he rides, IT WAS NOT MEANT TO BE DEROGITORY --  someone just said to him "mannetjie jy is 'n klein Bliksempie op die fiets, as jy so aanhou gaan jy eendag serious gat skop"  and from there the name just stuck

 

2. I got my name from the SANDF I was a WO when i resigned and was called sammajoor when I joined the club somehow the name just stuck.

 

3. A lot of people join the hub a start to post on an EMOTIONAL level, ie, they talk before they think, and sometimes they hurt people by the postings they make and what they say.  We must be carefull in what we say and how we say it.  Alot of people have said that this person or that person does this and that , I know of alot of people who have said that Andrew  Mcclean dopes, there has been alot of speculation and heresay but nobody has proof.

I spoke to him when collecting our numbers for the Lost City and said that a lot of people on the hub have made allogations that he dopes, I don't have proof so i must give him the benefit of the doubt.  I for one apologised that i MAY have insinuated that he doped.  I DON'T HAVE PROOF SO I CAN'T SAY IT IS SO.

 

And that my friend is one of the biggest problems on the hub and why so many people have left or simply don't join or post, because of nitwits who hear a rumour and then post it as FACTS, I for one was guilty and when I found out my mistake , offered my apologies, after this I was crucified even more.

 

If i offended anyone please forgive me, it was in a moment of maddness.

 

Now why can't the assholes who cocked up the selection for worlds apologize and sort out the team or are they bigger than SA cycling???

Latrinus works for Cycling SA - and knows that the right processes were followed all along. Reasons for exclusions exist. Please accept the fact that the okes you elected selected a squad and leave it at that?

 

Are you going to complain about the Continental Selections too? Why do you okes not publish a set of names that should go to Conti Champs? Selection process at CSA currently under way.

PS - I don't follow elite racing but when a selector makes a public statement as Erica did and then a complete contradictory statement is made by a member of the exco then something is not right.
