At the last CGC meeting Tanya Harding looked like she was about to eat the microphone like a lollipop when they mentioned that - the words "not at my event" still rings in my ears.

Coming from CPT Its a cool race... there is way to much hype, but its worth doing... I haven't found altitude to be to much of a problem coming from Cape Town...

But get the seedings right, as the groups are big and the war cry is "keep left, coming right" if you start in the back.... It's nearly like " give me my chocolaaaat" cry when we do the rural areas... ongoing, never stops.
