The cost depends on what colour you want and how intricate your design is that you want.

 

To custom paint the same as I did our Scott downhill bikes will be in the region of R1000-00.

Candy apple is a bi-atch to spray (and very expensive) and even harder to touch up. Glitter paint needs plenty clear coat to get it all covered up smooth.

A mate of mine found this in Greg Minnaar Racing for sale for R4000!!

 

About to get a full strip and rebuild for next season

HA: prob in the region of 68 degrees

yeah that was us. it was Clints 2nd ride on it ... but it REALLY REALLY needs a service so i took it home on sun night and started working on it!

Just got this. Well, I got it last week, but I broke it to the wifey this evening whilst out to dinner. So she couldn't say anything...

 

Lookin forward to givin it a go when she's properly built up!

cptmayhem .... I have first dibs when you want to sell that!!! SICK!!! That was an awesome machine in the day! And the 2000 Rock shox Boxxers should have 7 inches of travel if i remember so should be 180mm travel!!! So just check that!
