missionS Posted January 26, 2012 Share Hey mada3400, Those Giant AC's are amazing little bikes that can roll with the xc bikes and then take the bigger hits on dh descents. Here is mine built up as an "AM" bike and trust me I use and abuse mine proper I have since replaced that 66 on the front with a more reasonable 130mm travel fork and current running it in the 5.5" setting.(Edit for patches before you make a comment about my front brakes or the lack thereof. I was awaiting for the mount adaptor when this photo was taken ) Edited January 26, 2012 by missionS
Capricorn Posted January 26, 2012 Share lol missions: i was about to comment on how streamlined your front looks
Super_mil Posted January 26, 2012 Share I see you front fork & shock were set up just the way you like your suspension...As stiff as possible. Unlikely you'll ever blow through all your travel. You really should just get a fully rigid bike, you'd love it.

Capricorn Posted January 26, 2012 Share aaah ok thanks PWest. You could always buy the solo air assembly. it will fit in your fork. Quite a joy to play with the air spring, but it's a lot of work finding the sweet spot. but if you happy with yours, no sweat.

Capricorn Posted January 27, 2012 Share yeah, it's about R2k for it, if i'm not confusing it with the motion control assembly.
