Wez-O Posted May 29, 2015 Posted May 29, 2015 Reg. 311(2) Pedal cyclist failed to ridein single file oh oh.... don't think anyone will be legal?Yes, you must rather ride single file in order for cars to illegally squeeze past you while clipping you with their wing mirror...
DR ◣◢ Posted May 29, 2015 Posted May 29, 2015 I have broken every single one of those laws. Especially - Rode a pedal cycle on a public road in such a manner that all the wheels of such pedal cycle were not in contact with the surface of the road at all times...
Kylevdh Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 Love the last one you need to have serious legs to tow a car with a bike....
scotty Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 Love the last one you need to have serious legs to tow a car with a bike....Should not be a problem for this guy.
First226 Posted November 13, 2019 Posted November 13, 2019 They already started to stop cyclists in Durban and issue warnings, it happened to few of my customers. I myself was stopped on Sunday as I turned into Codemore Road. And my front light just af point went off, I received a written warning. Durban cyclists watch out for Metro.
lechatnoir Posted November 13, 2019 Posted November 13, 2019 i dont break any of these i dont cycle on TAR there are many untarred 'R' roads in our land... traffic rules cover those too

100Tours Posted November 13, 2019 Posted November 13, 2019 I'm working on how many do I not break. - reflectors front, back, pedals, and spokes on morning rides- horn or bell- bike in contact with roadway (what about potholes - do i need to stay in contact through the hole?)- not riding in bike lane- overtaking a vehicle at the same time as another cyclist (this is particularly interesting on a tandem :-D).- failed to be seated on the saddle- towing another vehicle (used to do adventure racing - we had a brilliant towing rig) Most interesting is that they want to fine you double for towing someone. I guess because you can split the fine 2 ways? I did a ride with a local in NYC a few years ago. as he said, 'we're going to break some of the rules, just pay attention to the ones I stick to.'
