fees Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 At IM i was 72kg (1,71m short) but due to a cold winter, lack of training and too much food and alcohol, pushing the scale at 78. Started my proper eating plan again yesterday and hope to be under 70kg by Ironman next year. The problem is the most appealing food and drink is just so bad for the weight control but after the first climb this morning I am going to have to make the sacrifices.
