Mini hi-jack

For the guys that are in the know, I dont have a tri-suite....do i need one? they are not exactly cheap

And if not, what would be a good second option?

And no, I am not wearing my red speedo ala baywatch

if you dont want to be in the top 10 you dont need a tri suite for this. get yourself a pair of jammers and a running vest or t-shirt. on short cycle distances like this you dont need the padding.

Hi flex don't stress about the swim it will be over before you know it

Hope you're right, mate. I just got back from 750m in the pool at the gym, and am getting more comfortable in the water. I will conquer this swimming thing

Yesterday I rode 70km with some mates and then followed it up with a 10km run, felt good. I have to say, as much as I love cycling, its awesome to do more than one sport and feel a bit more well rounded :D

Not sure if it was a typo, but Triathlon Mag SA listed Buffelspoort in Cape town. So make sure where this is being held.

It must have been a typo.

We have done this race a few times in the Magaliesburg.

...but what about all the Capetonians who thought they had gained a new dam.(hehe)
