Well i just went ahead and totally screwed up calorie intake for the day.

By my calculations i am going to have to cycle home at 150% of max HR.

Then go to the gym and spend 2hours on the spinning bike, and then swim 3km.

f#*k, should have just said no to that toasted sarmie......but it was good, at least i didnt have chuckles with it.

That's only half the daily exercise of some of these racing snakes.. :(

Im in for this have tried but always loose when we have a braai everything is so nice :)

 

Im 97 and 1.69

 

Aiming for 80 so looking at losing 17 kg

OK Guys, so official weigh in start time is Monday 10/01/2011.

 

this is going to be fun and tough, but i am sure that we can all attain (or get close to) our goals.

 

Those who are brave enough are welcome to post progress pics, i would imagine once a month is fine.......and we dont need to see the added millimeters added to your mars and venus's

whiskers, why dont you manage the thread. Get a list of everybody's start weight on the first page, and update it throughout the year.

I was thinking Excel spreadsheet! everybodys start weight and then a quick formula to count weightloss % and I can post screen shot every week

Just a question, should we have a seperate competition for males and females?

As males tend to lose weight/centimeters more easily?

 

What do the other ladies think?
