No clue.

Contador, that young French fella from EuropCar, and TeeJay in third.

Rolland, Phil or Pierre, real talent unearthed.

You know what 'dale, I like 'Berto, he has a good attitude to life, he could have whined and cried about how badly he was done by, and how poor the system is, and blamed the world for his woes, heavens knows he has had to put up with his share of poor press and cynical detractors along the road ..........but he didnt, he picked himself up, dusted himself off, got back on his bike and continued to win race's, I have never heard him bemoan any incident, even when Bruyneel and Armstrong dragged him backwards through the bushes, he stayed his course, he never made a scene, he just puts these issues behind him and gets on with life, I can admire that attitude in anyone, it shows strength of character, which is a damn rare thing these days.

Whatever happens, it wont change the fact he is an athlete at the very top of his game, arguably the best in the world right now at his discipline, and if he is suspended, I think the sport will be the poorer for it.

“I try to stay busy all day, even though sometimes that’s difficult,” Contador told ABC. “I enjoy racing the bike and competing, and that helps, but sometimes things get into your head, and you ask yourself how you can be in this situation, and sometimes it’s hard to understand.”

Indeed, I can understand that, but he is a tough young guy and everything passes, that's the amazing thing about life, and soon it will be a distant memory, probably an unpleasant one, but a distant memory none the less.

Isnt the result of the inquiry out today?

I'm figuring they won't fInd him guilty. Too much tied up in it for the sport I think.

Some of the international cycling press are also saying that - or it will be a slap on the wrist.

So todays the day ..... CAS due to announce verdict any minute now......

Local rumour has it that CAS will today support a 1 Year ban for Contador, effective 01 Feb 2012....

May it be so, Swissvan, that the verdict is delivered.

His ban ends only 6 months after the decision to ban him for 2 years was made. Flippin crazy.

He'll appeal the CAS decision by the time that ends his ban will be over anyway - how fooked is THAT.

Anyone know if he's allowed to keep riding until his CAS appeal is heard? If he his allowed to ride then his nett ban will be ZERO (apart from the initial few months)... Makes the CSA look like uber efficient wundermenchen.
