What a finish! There were some hard falls on TV!

I used to have one of Extreme lights with external battery pack and worked great for about 5 years. After I used it up I got a cheaper Ryder 900 lumens one that allows you to change the battery (18650 ones) and I really enjoyed it although I thought it might work better as a headlamp than handlebar mount. I lost this one during the day as the mount it comes on is not great and I did not even notice. I want a light around 1000lumens that allows me to change the batteries (I have several 18650 batteries that I charge separately) and I like this over the external power bank options. I looked at the Fenix BC30 V2.0 and cannot find it locally. This will be used mainly on my mtb but will also use it on my other bikes if needed.

Sheesh: I get the cold sweats thinking about the damage equipment must have taken yesterday! And I did not even ride/walk/swim.

I have the Recon 2.0 and really like them, to Ozzie's point, I tend to do a "second tighten" after a short while with them on. I would never have bought them, they were a lucky draw prize... And enjoy them so much that I am considering getting the road equivalent.

What parts were damaged?

Hmmm, around 2 years ago I bought a 128 link chain on special and received a too short one, maybe 100 and something one. Was told honest mistake and they will exchange. Still waiting… Used the incorrect chain on something else and bought the correct size from another store.
