Anyone who thinks any of the mass produced cars don't share parts with other brands is delusional. Its very different though when one brands logos are removed and another brands logos are added, but nothing else is different.

The thing is, you can’t look at this in isolation. Look at the changes that have happened, not least the subscription model that was introduced. How long before certain features/sections etc. get put behind the paywall?

Have to agree with you. I think classifieds needs to be excluded from forum traffic to give a true reflection. But someone once said something along the lines of “ stats are like a bikini, they hide the things you don’t want people to see and show people what you want them to see”

It happened, scale only went up to 79kg this morning. But I'm not celebrating yet, I dehydrated a bit on Sunday and again yesterday, so may just be fluid loss, if it says 79 again next week that's when I'll celebrate.

Many years ago my dad has a beer keg explode next to him, some shrapnel did a similar thing to his lip (but also took out several teeth), he also had a plastic surgeon put it all back together int he ER. Still haven't managed to dip below 80kg. But then I have cycled a bit less the last 2 months, diet still hasn't changed, so not having picked up weight I guess is good. But the weight loss has not gone unnoticed, people I have not seen in a while have all commented that I've lost weight.

I don't think the stats offer a true reflection of the contribution to the hub that the off topic section offers. Outside of cycling there is a wealth of information across the various regulars on the hub, to lose this will be a great loss to the community. The hub will become to clinical, sterile. I've witnessed seriously active forums die, its not nice. I get that there has been a serious move to up revenue generation out of the forum, be careful no to kill off the very thing that generates that revenue, namely the users. Without the forums this will just be a Gumtree for bikes.

and I popped it again. I had a leak on the roof of my shed, one of the IBR sheets had rusted through. So I was putting a new sheet on. Problem is the sheets slip in under the eves of the garage roof, really tight. I was pulling from the side, put pressure in the wrong place and just felt the rib POP. Knew immediately what happened. Did have pain right away, but as the day progressed the pain increased.

this has actually given me an idea. I have the wiring running from the intercom to the gate, I can use this method and instead of the sonoff sitting by the gate I can have it inside the house and let it use the intercom wires to trigger the gate.
