Hi, I take multivitamins, but not really making anyone richer, Normally they are around R100 for 30 but my wife asked the pharmacist and he gave her Multivitamins that goes R10 for 60 . Have not been sick for 5 years at 1000-2000 km per month so must be working. I also not sure if it really make difference but rather take it than not. Read an article a while ago in Rooi Rose of all things that most Omega 3 on Market not as good as they say and as it is bio degradable(if that is right terms) they found some of the pills where it has already gone of and most only up to 30 % of what it says on package.

Yes , He was ill for a while this year and had a couple of falls on decsents in mountain stages(Not used to the Mountains coming from RSA it seems). He tweeted yesterday that he is feeling healthy again and form coming close to last year.

Hi, Do not know so much about weights but have a RC8000 Frame when I bought the bike with SRAM Force on it weighed 6.9 kg complete bike. As far as I know the RC7000 is same frame but components was different so it cant be that bad. It is a few years back technology though so will probably not be as low as the new frames.

Was wondering where this thread went to good not find it under search. Did not have a bad start at all although most of my yriders fell on stage 1. Really want that frame so need to concentrate.

I am away from house for work this week so , worked from 07:00 to 16:00 slipped out watched last 20 km , went back to work till 19:00 , ate, went to gym for spinning , just came back . This weekend I am in the bushveld for quality time with the family , have been wonering where I am going to watch the first mountain stages.
