  1. This tour was surpose to be from Jhb to Durban. Each municipality or local council was going to help with funding. The KZN Govt was purchasing racing bikes to be handed to underprivilaged kids as well. Rumor has it that they are pissed off with CSA. I think the local teams who registered as Continental Teams for 2008 must be also pissed off. A lot of money down the drain.
  2. What is going on at CyclingSA. I spoke to one of their officials earlier today and was told, the tour had to be cancelled because CyclingSA wanted too much money from the organisers (Like R1million). Does anyone know more about this ?
  3. eish! You got big balls' date=' gotta give you that![/quote'] Yup... and soon those balls are gonna get wrapped round his neck... Prince Naseem Hamed is going down! PANTANI would have a come back like " u cant hit what you cant see". The small midget.

  8. What eva. Wait till the racings starts, I hope you understand what cycling is about.....
  9. Most of these "budget bikes" are made in the same factory (sweat shop). You can get them to call different frame designs what every you want. That is why so many frames look the same, just a different sticker and colour. Just pay the money into their account. They will ship it to you.
  10. I bought handle bar tape at a LBS in Gauteng in December, I paid R152.00 for it. And the guy gave me a so called discount. I go on holiday to KZN and my sons bike also need bar tape, I go into the LBS and the same bar tape is R120.00 without any special discount. Now I ask you guys this, the importer of this product is in Gauteng. So how can a bike shop in KZN who has to pay freight to get the product be cheaper than a store in Jhb.
  11. Gary, who else is in your team ? Five you riding these machines, wow.
  12. Bruce - 0833063816

You never know when you might need it. ...and believe me it works...[/quote'] Every time I look at this name Texas Sally my eyes cross and all I see is "Sex and ... " Well just SEX... Pantani, your eyes will be crossed for good if I dont get my wheels. Gonna have to send the SPCA to your house, something to do with the treatment of one Pooh-tani.
  15. And you hung poor Pooh-ntani, you bad over weight fun rider. I hope you rot in hell, murderer.
  16. Hey Wolfy, Nice meeting you. Dude you are huge. I would not like to meet you in a dark alley.
  17. Popeye, send me a pm, with your email address, I have the correct info for you. We did some research a few months ago at various stores and at a few suppliers, what we found is that each sales person per store gets a kick back from the suppliers. No store wanted to play a fast moving dvd on LCD. The two Plasma brands did not offer kick backs. Reason - LCD has a shadow when playing fast moving pictures.
  18. Sorry bra, so did the other stekkies cry. Well done and best of luck.
  19. Oh, Chilli Lane would be better
  20. I live in Vorna Valley, but count me in.
  21. Jeremy Martins (CSC) normally wears his sox very high. And you not a top Jnr Rider in Gauteng if you wear short sox. Oh and long sox must be worn with your addidas slops at prize giving.
  22. Azonic, I bought wheels from the same hubber, took a while to get them, but he did deliver after awhile.
  23. Don't be shy, Cervelo. Tell us how you really feel. Yes we can all blame the current government for their current policy's, but this is not new to South Africa. The previous government did the same. The difference is that now the current disadvantaged have a voice unlike the previously disadvantaged. The Habanan's of this world were not allow, never mind placed on a quota system of getting a bok jersey in the previous setup. For a person of a race group who simpliy never benefit from past or present government policy, will go on supporting what ever team is picked, be it for a darts team, a swimming team, a rugby team or soccer, what ever. And that makes me proud to be a South African this weekend. As for Cervelo, there are plenty ships, planes and roads leading out of South Africa. Best you pick one soon. For anyone to say what you said, needs to his head read. Shame on you.
