Typically Marathon bikes don't have a dropper. Built for min weight and max reliability.

At 16 c / km is is cheap compared to Running Shoes up to R5 /km. If you run tubes I can do about 5 c / km

Had a look at the frame holes on 2 Alloy Meridas and the holes all have Inserts in them. They are not just drilled holes. Also noticed that the tubing is very thin.

Also there is the Insurance Issue.

Most Sealants are pretty much the same Stuff. Ethylene Glycol, Latex, Ammonia, Water and Cellulose Fibers , Clay, Synthetic Fibers and Thickeners. Some Have no Added Ammonia but the Latex has Ammonia. The Problem with buying sealant is that the sealant on the shelf is usually old. About a month ago I went through the sealant at Sportsmans and found bottles from 2021. Also people tend to buy too much as in 1 liter bottles. The Stuff Separates and goes off. The Ammonia turns to gas and is released into the air and then the latex solidifies in the tyre. Answer: Buy only Fresh sealant. Buy only as much as you need. Make your Own (Then it's always fresh).

I don't think this bike is the right bike for XCO Racing. Why don't you speak to an XCO coach and to a reputable bicycle shop for advice. It's about getting the right bike for your discipline not LOOKS. This bike is set up for Gravel.
