For those that want a real challenge, enter for the Satelite road race on Saterday, the Mtb night race Saterday night and the Mountain bike race on Sunday. The Mountain bike race will have a complete new route and it will be a challenge. For those that entered the Mtb race on Sunday, you will have free entry to the night race on Saterday evening

With the current cyclosport license that you paid R75.00 for, you are only entitled to take part in one dicipline. With the new cyclo sport license of R100.00 you can enter in any cycling dicipline (Road, track and off road)

If I understand it correctly, with a recreational licence you wil have to pay an extra R30.00 everytime you enter a race. At least, that is how it was communicated to our club management

Chilli, terwyl jy rus, is dit ook 'n goeie idee om baie vitamine C te drink. Jy kan so 3 of 4 maal 'n dag 'n 500mg pilletjie drink, dis heeltemal veilig, neem net genoeg vloeistof in gedurende die dag. Nog 'n ding wat baie goed saam met Vit C werk is Disprin. Neem een Disprin saam met 'n Vit C voor jy gaan slaap. Moet net nie langer as 4 of 5 dae aan een Disprin gebruik nie. Bogenoemde is 'n resep wat altyd vir my werk. Drink die groot hoeveelhede Vit C tot jy beter voel en hou dan aan met so 2 Vit C tablette per dag

Spectrum sport does not sell chips to cyclists, instead their chip is built into the number that you get when you enter a race. On finishing the race, you give back the number, which they re-use at the next race. Thus the costs are already been cut due to the fact that you do not have to buy a chip. At the moment I have two chips of which one (WT) I only use about 2 or 3 times a year Done a race this weekend with Spectrum sport as timer and the results are immediately available as you cross the line

Morning Scotty, you didn't lie. The route wasn't that difficult, but the wind made it extremely difficult. I'm very glad that my buddy convinced me on arrival to do the 40km instead of the 90. As for the organization, I must say, it has been a long time since I received so many "freebies" with a race. And I haven't even pre-entered. The hospitality was also very good.
