I don't know. It's my first time that I entered. Picked up my number yesterday and I must say I'm impressed with the goodie bag. Nowadays you don't get any at the road races. Very nice bag for my helmet. Judging on what I"ve seen and heard so far it looks like the event is excellently organized

Well I'm not feeling sick, but I did notice a lot of foam on the river and that is ussually a sign of pollution. The water also had a terrible smell, especially where we had to go through the water

For those that want a real challenge, enter for the Satelite road race on Saterday, the Mtb night race Saterday night and the Mountain bike race on Sunday. The Mountain bike race will have a complete new route and it will be a challenge. For those that entered the Mtb race on Sunday, you will have free entry to the night race on Saterday evening

With the current cyclosport license that you paid R75.00 for, you are only entitled to take part in one dicipline. With the new cyclo sport license of R100.00 you can enter in any cycling dicipline (Road, track and off road)

If I understand it correctly, with a recreational licence you wil have to pay an extra R30.00 everytime you enter a race. At least, that is how it was communicated to our club management
