hmmmm..... I started in back of B group - missed the initial split up Hells - as by the time i got up front the break was just out of reach. B sort of regrouped down hells. There was a group of us sitting on the front which included a Lady, a guy in red kit who was supposed to start in %, a guy in JOC kit and a C group rider about my age +-26. When we dropped down the hill under the N1 on the R300 a couple of new faces moved forward (always seem to be heros on the downhills), then over the intersection and approaching the water point on the left....... Here is were things got a little interesting for a second!.... so im sitting about 10 riders deep, 2 guys riding side by side in front of me, guy on left (L - in black kit, probably around 50 years old) swerves to his right and nudges guy on his right (R - in colourful kit with a few mates around in same kit) over centre line, R then pushes L on his shoulder fairly aggressively and shouts at him, L gets upset and in a brief moment of frustration gives R a right hook on the head, R locks up brakes and falls in front of me. I somehow swerved left and missed the fall, think a couple of guys went down!
