  1. I think it's mainly against low fat products, hence the fat or higher than normal fat content of the food we should be eating. If you go look at high fat milk (full cream) against low fat milk. There is more sugar in low fat milk than in full cream, and that is actually what makes you fat. This will be the case with most low fat products. They substitute the fat with sugar, which at the end of the day misses the point. You will also see more and more people referring toe the fact that fat, does not make fat. http://www.dietdoctor.com/another-dreadful-low-fat-product edit - added the link

  6. Finished! That is about that! Stage 2 broke me in half, cramped, had to stop, was dropped by bunch after bunch, went from racing mode to survival mode. Almost fell asleep after stage 2, almost passed out after stage 3 and was bloody happy after the finish! In hind site it was a good race. Can put a tick next to it on my races to do list!

  17. The news of BSG pulling out of the the end of year tri series was sad. Then I get all exited about the sms I receive about the new 5150 in JHB, only to see that it's Germiston. Who will be doing it? When last did you swim in the Lake? How are the conditions?
