    If you go SRAM its obvious you can't afford quality equipment Rather stick to BMX

    Yip, I was diagnosed with tennis elbow in both arms . Still almost 7 weeks on and the pain is still there. My grip strength is something I need to look at as well come to think of it as my hands & fingers get sore during riding( I've also had complete bike set-ups done). So stretching and rehab is slowly helping, but extremely frustrating as I have only done one road ride in that time.

    I much prefer the UK version, I can relate to it a lot more having lived in the UK for 10 years. I've only watched a few episodes of the US version, and it felt way to "Americanised" to me.

    Currently watching Game of Thrones, Californication(Season 7), when that is done then Shameless UK(Season 9 &10) followed by Vikings. I've also started to get into Silent Witness.

    "Not da Mamma" my mate plays it for his 16 month old baby and he loves it.

    Did the Chapmans Peak drive today taking some friends who are out from Belgium and I will say that people drive like absolute twats along that road, with all of the incidents I encountered being Capetonian registered cars. I was being overtaken on solid white lines on blind corners, was being tailgated cause I was driving at the speed limit, which is 40km/h, hooted at 'cause I was waiting behind some cyclists till it was safe to pass. Some folks are just so self righteous, they need a good PK.

    What I can never understand about the Chappies route, is why are motorists in such a hurry to drive along this section? Even when in a car, people tailgate and overtake on dodgy corners.

    Week 4 and counting not riding so the I took myself to the end of the driveway.

    Some of the most brilliant single track in the country, enjoy I so miss riding there

    Maybe go speak to the guys at Leighs Cycles at the Pavillion. It's the only bike shop open on a Sunday, they might be able to help you out, ask for Jason or Leigh.
