Smile, It was a good experience we had Saturday morning and i thought to mention it a good job needs some praise, i saw other customary getting equal treatment. If you had a bad experience so be it, different circumstances may lead to a different outcome. For every guy that complain there are probably 9 that are happy, but no one mention good service.

They made us feel like celebrities, we got great service even a cappuccino while we were chatting. The shop is just a pleasure to visit, staff is friendly and very helpful without being in the way. If you are talking about the supporter bus at the Kremetart, it would be nice if they started 10min after the last group. If the driver slow down and pass a group slowly it will give the supporters change to see the riders in action.

when building the wheel with new spokes shouldn't one add some dry lube between the nipple and the spoke, to limit the amount of dust and stuff from entering the cavity in the first place.

At first my Arione was worst than my old rav-X but after 3-4 long rides it became more friendly. Now (after 2 months) it is the best thing since sliced bread.
