    Saturday's are normal club rides leaving at 6am. Five different groups available with different ave speed and distances. All groups have two Group Leaders that lead and sweep each group.

    I use TrainerRoad with an Elite Direto which is also a direct drive trainer. TrainerRoad is well worth the $12 a month. HUGE amount of training programs to choose from to suite any cycling discipline.

    Conti Grand Prix 4000S2 700x25. No punctures thank goodness! They are a bitch to get off my carbon rims.

    There is an option to pair your Zwift account with Garmin Connect. Rides will be automatically uploaded to Garmin.

    Hi Guys. I need to send a trainer back overseas for a replacement. Can anybody advise what the procedure is with the vat that I have already paid on the equipment that is going back and on the equipment that will be sent in it's place.

    I don't think Steelite is SABS approved unless that has changed recently!

    If I remember correctly, only the newer Wattbikes have the dual pedals. The older ones have the Shimano SPD on both sides.
