I battled to seat my Ikons, my compressor @ 8 bar failed !!!! Used a bomb as the last resort, slime vanished!!! Once seated my Icons did leak a little air but after the 1st ride I had no further issues at all. Due to the packing of the tyre (all folded) seating proves a challenge, try putting a tube in the tyre over night. The tube helps the tyre to take the correct form enabling you to seat the tyre a lot faster the following day.

Clean over a dust bin (1m) on a bmx. A mtb hop is always lower (saddle / butt interface issue)

I suspect the 2012 stock stood to long, leading to no 2013 omnico order.

To the best of my knowledge, omnico did not bring many into SA this year. You may get lucky but expect a lot of NO STOCK responses.

I did not battle on the bike, only when taking evasive action on drop offs. I broke my ankle and had to rest. During the time a number of problems healed.

May not be the same, I developed tennis elbow riding and working on my house (roofing). The injury was from over use. I battled to lift a packet from the boot of my car! KT tape and REST (8 months thereof) solved the problem. I was about to have surgery!!

Bmc have a crash policy, either way you have some cover.

I ride assos on the road and mtb, first assent are only used on the stationery trainer.
