  4. I can do a LSD for 150km with no cramps(avg30-34km/h). Come race day and at 80km it starts. I don't train at 40km/h thats why. Only thing that works is rennies for me from km70.
  5. My battery lasts +-2-3 weeks. Riding Tue-Wed+Fri 50km(1:30 each, Saturday 100km and Sunday also 100km. Weekly total riding = +-14hrs
  6. For one ride only use your MTB with slicks. If you really want to go the road bike experience rather borrow a road bike do a proper setup and try it. Then decide from there. The road bike is usually a faster time versus the MTB a more enjoyable ride.My thoughts only
  7. My first time for the race in VA and it took me 20odd km's to catch the bunch again after hillsnacks. Then only popped 15km from the end. Hard hard hard

  25. Mt problems disappeared when I moved my saddle back about 5mm. You can always move your saddle back. don't adjust up and down only front and back
