Not sure where you are located, but head to your local food market over the weekend. I have seen a fair amount of wild and different mushrooms at these markets. Should you get into contact with the right one you might just end up with a few interesting variants as well

Reflecting on V12's post, I have no clue what influence other weather factors would have. At my dad's place the deck is completely protected against wind, as the boundary wall is about 2m to the one side, house 5m to the other side. Also the deck is +- 30-80cm off the ground, so no massive risk if one plank cracks/perishes.

We built the deck at my farther's place. Did a proper seal the first time prior to installation and never did the bottom again, going on 7/8 years now. The bottom is still perfect, top gets redone every 6 months. We found that the son does the major damage to the sealant and not the odd water splash and dust that gathers.

With all due respect that seems as if it came out of a Landy!! For me it took some time learning how to cook, this was not post divorce but rather post moving out of mom's house. I started following a bunch of "foodie" pages on Instagram and Pintrest, they share a fair amount of easy recipes. My folks got divorced 2 years ago. My dad basically went on a semi hunger strike as cooking was too much effort. THEN he discovered Woolies, he lived on pre made meals for a few months then moved over to Fit Chef. Expensive but he loved it. Oh, and get yourself a dishwasher!!! This is a MUST.

Yup very simple. Easiest way for me to explain is: Your total value - Starting value declared = Acrrual So if you split you take the two accruals and the difference between the two gets split. Meaning that each comes out with roughly the same as the other. What is the "recipe" for the breakfast? I normally go for a layer of mieliepap (cooked to about 80%), then add the meat, cook for another 3 mins (for the meat to heat up), then add a few eggs to the mix, close the lid and let it steam until the eggs are cooked. When all done cut pie like pieces.

Do a bit of research regarding rehabilitative maintenance. For "older" couples this is something I normally incorporate in settlement agreements.
