Mine too. I dont think the prog got across just how tough some of those hills are; but it was good to see. I spotted shots of the start from a hover camera we'd seen on the day which was pretty cool. Its a good comment. I can remember it was the done thing in the '70s if you had the same make of car to acknowledge the other guy. Or if you both had AA badges or RAC badges (not stickers, they werent invented). One AA plus one RAC didnt equal a nod, though.

Sticky no.s didnt stick, except when one got stuck between my wheel and brakes/frame on the M1 - then they are really sticky. Started BB & suffered for 4hrs. Thanks Anton / JCZA - that works out neatly for me & hadnt heard of this one before. A few years back i worked out I was 180 on the gut-busting method of measuring. This has me at 176.3, so no need to go fast uphill and throw up to check it. 2.2lbs to the kg. (p.s. JCZA - that would make you the messiah, but exclusively for South Africans?)

You might be able to cut yourself some slack if you: Re-assess your max heart rate to see that you're working to the right number for 70%. Then if you calculate your heart rate % according to the Karvonnen method you will get a higher number for 70%, than the straight 70% of 205bpm or whatever it is.

It's not for you to say what constitutes sufficient evidence. The USADA case is not being challenged by LA nor UCI, therefore their findings stand. Everyone who matters are now making their moves in line with this.
