I think the idea that these ladies werent trying, werent a team is really unfair & coming from armchair critics is a bit much. This is the Olympics and they are representing their country, of course they want to do their very best, but the SA environment doesnt set them up to be competitive internationally. hahahahaha there's been some changes. I remember the Michelle and Jason days on the Hub (when it was mostly fields); nice couple, TCS etc. etc. Made a point of meeting them at a couple of races; & her mum is a top lady vet.
