  1. Thanks All, I'll give the nose plug a go. I only swim freestyle - so nose breathing is a no-no
  2. My fellow pool swimmers, It seems like the pool chlorine is drying out my nasal cavities which leaves them sore and very dry. I tried rinsing with a salt water solution, but it doesn't help. Have you had a similar experience or know someone who did? If so, do you know of a remedy? (No Trolls)

  12. My 2c: trail riding is generally more technical, cross country is mostly faster with less ups & downs. How to rate it: I don't know.

  17. 1. Rollers are great for working on pedal efficiency. 2. Great for working the core - focus on contracting the correct muscles etc. cause you don't have to watch out for cars, taxi's etc. 3. Work on repeats on the rollers, that'll work the cardio nicely.

  24. Vitamin C & echinacea in autumn and winter or when their noses get a bit runny. Lots of fruit and veg and water keeps them fit and healthy. Nothing else needed
