It was the great weekly honour to take the Super Springbok match ball home on Friday night before the Saturday game to Dubbin it! Everyone got a chance somewhere between Sub B and std.5.
  7. You fixed that properly! Strange dimensions on that build though or is just angles in the photo?

  13. Price on Amazon was R200 less than the local guys, but I neglected to notice that Amazon itself is the supplier/delivery agent. I bought a glue bottle and some other smalls which arrived in 6 days a week earlier. Initially it was to arrive 20 June, but we all know how that worked out. I have two projects lined up where I will need it, so look forward to use it, one is on plywood where I think it will be super useful.
  14. I'm actually busy with them on mail now, their mistake sending it surface mail, a-holes!
  15. I ordered a Japanese Dozuki saw in May from Amazon Japan, which never arrived and claimed my refund. Then I received a pick up slip this morning and this arrived... See date sent

  17. Hi, any of you follow paz customs on instagram? paz_customs.za I had a bike frame painted by them a few years ago, they did excellent work on it, anyhow, they did some paintwork on a BMW cafe racer which is trending on their feed, you have to see that beaut! Edit: I don't know how to pull insta pics and post
  18. Linseed oil is sold either as "boiled linseed oil" or just "raw linseed oil/linseed oil" Edit: Raw Linseed Oil helps wood retain its natural moisture content which retards cracking, checking, shrinking, and aids water repellency. Boiled Linseed Oil contains driers to speed film drying and hardness. Linseed oil without this additive can take over a week to dry.

  23. Short story long...we are 4 mates who have been mates since school many moons ago in the late 80's. Back then we fantasized about all manner of things and Harley's. All of us were on 50's at the time. I stopped riding in early 2000's, the rest continued on their bikes, but my one friend pulled the trigger on a 2009 883 with 32,000 on the clock two months ago. He's been in love ever since, I suppose he starts the bike and while drinking beer listens to it idling and being able to tick a box on the childhood wish list. I just chatted with him and he recons 110km/h with two up no issue on short hauls, 120km/h on the longer hauls single is a breeze. He's advice to you was, if it itches...
