  1. I somehow remember this same question coming up from someone else in this thread some time ago and there were at least two named...l'll check tonight and post below
  2. Rystix comes to mind
  3. Everyone gave you good advice, but if you have the time to do it properly once = 2:1 epoxy resin 1 coat is ample 3 days later, spray over with 3 layers clear coat You children's children will one day eat at that table
  4. Yep, even up north on the coast our property market is the same for the same reasons. Banks want ridiculously large deposits and cash buyers are also having tough time with banks not eager for their business. Can you actually believe that?
  5. My fourth year of audit/verification and the e-filing total have been amended once, which was last year. SARS must've had a huge gremlin in their system (read Tom) cause my payout reduced from big payout to me to me owing them. It was eventually rectified and I received my correct payout.
  6. Yes, however, mine done by tax consultant
  7. I eventually received my funds after 1 month
  8. The not cool part about this is the fact that those details are linked to IRP5
  9. Wrong button pushed
  10. I think we all know the pot they need to repay from is empty and will use every delaying tactic possible within their framework to delay. I hear of people with payments due of less than R500 which submitted during first week still awaiting payment. In my case submitted week 1 of tax season, immediately flagged (year 4) and asked for supporting documents, which was promptly submitted and still waiting... I see a pattern here
  11. Yes, correct, for phyto-sanitary reasons, however, the pallets being used locally are not treated at all (cost considerations) It makes the cost too expensive and kiln drying deals with most issues due to heat. So accessing pallets from a yard at a good price puts you at no risk .
  12. I haven't run the comrades, but the temperatures in your part of the country would keep me in bed too. Don't be so hard on yourself, you'll pick up in no time
  13. Pallet wood is not treated with anything other than being kiln dried. Yes, companies like Chep do paint theirs, but the discarded pine or saligna pallets laying around is perfectly safe to use.
  14. Edzachery!
  15. I've seen that being done incorrectly; sticking it directly to the wall It needs a level and solid backing (if the wall is not), the boards are quite flimsy actually. Edge trimming a must!
  16. Very nicely done. The lighting and general feel of a Spanish Bordello
  17. It's a great shift system if you don't have children and a wife, I started my working life on that system. Spent 5 years working like that.
  18. 06:00 to 18:00 I suppose? Time to buy a treadmill
  19. Yes, I'm 4 episodes in. Highly advise you to spend the time watching it. It's a factual, 4 sides of the story, all the international intrigue , full on history lesson and for that reason I love it. I'm learning stuff I never knew and to be honest this is exactly why I like Netflix stuff. They not pro this or that, they show you whatever the hell they like!
  20. Hmm, my experience with shou sugi ban, the traditional process involves wire brushing once you lifted the tannin's to the surface and on pine it will not give the effect Capricorn is after. Even yakusugi (actual surface burning for preservation) will still be too rough...however, would like to see your results never the less, would be interesting
  21. Have a look, Woodock has a range of gel stains.

    Cricket......

A little, but that wicket is a batting wicket on day 1 only, thereafter it deteriorates to a bowlers dream. Boy's will have to adapt quickly...
  23. Ping PantsBoy, he's your man for this job
  24. Neil is right, those are for a few things, but originally for clamping blocks. B&D and many other companies make these.
