  1. Just another Chinese brand. Nothing wrong with it. You'll probably find those same components with 7 other names on them.
  2. A mug. I'm gonna die.
  3. They lucky that someone actually comes to collect them for work. I have to get there myself.
  4. Stuff a fat screw driver in between the pads and leave it for a bit.
  5. Awesome clothes line!
  6. Gummi, that's because they have to leave room for weight loss for "next" year's parts. For 2013 Shimano could probably bring out a 400g crankset, but what will their selling point be for 2014?
  7. ...and here comes the rain.
  8. That makes you look like a funrider
  9. Um, don't most petrol station pumps require something to compress the "piepietjie" in the middle of the inflator nozzle before air willcome out?
  10. And George only has like 3 shops anyway. I'm guessing Action Cycling...
  11. Anyone who parks THAT bad the first time has no intention to reverse and fix it. He was probably leaving.
  12. Yep, saw one just like this in PE. Selfless struggle I'm sure. Wonder how many times that Merc went into the actual townships... 0.
  13. What a coincidence... my blank Chinese frame is 1.357kg and it cost me less than a 1/3rd of that.
  14. If it rained in Longmore, just driving to a race venue at normal speeds is a slippery affair. Racing through there.... damn.
  15. This was the first flooding about a month ago, the one we had 2 weeks ago was ALLOT worse. In the last pic the water was pretty much back to the road sign in the background. The dam (which used to be horse camps) is about 2-3 meters deep at places.
  16. And we're had a MOER lot of rain the last month. The ground is saturated completely. This coming rains won't drain away, its going to go from the ground, up. Gummi, Seaview road was flooded twice in the last 3 weeks. There is a permanent dam now next to Seaview road.
  17. Ook gesien... sien nogal uit na die reen. Net om te sien hoe hard dit reen, ons damme is baie vol reeds.
  18. I went for a 11-36 cassette, and a good old 44/32/22 crankset. Oldschool, its what I know. I'm guessing that the 44x11 on a 29'er is going to be one serious gear...
  19. A green MTB has never done it for me...
  20. Speak to Spud...
  21. http://jiyan.en.alibaba.com/ I'll post some pics tomorrow. My 20" frame weighs 1357g, not superlight, but a good 300g lighter than my old (alloy) Trek 8900SL frame.
  22. Dischem = R239 Bike shops, add R40.
  23. As far as I know, red meat has been linked as being a major cause of cancer.
  24. From China to my local post office, 5 days. R152 levies, for a box containing two frames. The UD carbon is SEXY!
