  1. why does it take so long to write a "reasoned" justification or whatever they are calling it if its so clear cut. I mean really - 30 times worse than what Tyler has said - it shouldn't take too much wordsmithing to justify going beyond the statue of limitations for the evil one? I'm just asking... Honestly am looking forward to seeing what they have so that all sides can shut up once and for all (equally the petatods and the goya's of this world)
  2. Is that click ckick click coming from above the sound of "back-peddaling" I hear? You are correct though - chickpeas are their own food group. somewhere between beer and pizza(the other 2 biggies)
  3. You seem to assume Noakes is of the extreme - zero carbs school for atheletes in all circumstances... he isn't as evidenced by his reply.
  4. Fishberries! Yup, Thats what's filling up Woolies shelves. Keep on posting the objective scientific stuff Fuelex
  5. I'm sold - time to get on board... Reckon it will meet my needs perfectly too.
  6. I agree... Being informed a good idea, and if credible evidence came to light on a particular crop or whatever I would take note, but its worth remembering on the issue of GM food most web sites will present an extreme view one way or the other depending on the vested intetrests. Yes there is money in GM foods but its naive to think there isn't in the organic / natural food "movements". Bottom line - anecdotal evidence is we have an increasingly healthy poulation in markets dominated by GM crops... If you want to pay more and limit your choices, try by all means to avoid GM crops but by just not eating future life you are not going to get there...
  7. Yes you are quite right! I had AWD in my mind after reading speculation about a new version supposedly in development... either way, nice car whatever the badge.
  8. Here you go - courtesy BOB
  9. Joint development as opposed to rip off but ja, I'd usually default to a scooby over a toyota any day - but a mate got the GT86 the other day and I must say I am impressed. Simple no frills car for having fun - in this application the rear wheel drive trumps the BRZ's AWD I reckon...
  10. that is handy. I also think my cycling should improve but I haven't yet figured out a good way to add a third pedal for the extra limb I've sprouted...
  11. wakey wakey if you just realised this... Good luck trying to find an SA maize-based product that isn't GM
  12. there went his championship hopes I think - would have looked very different if he had won... Old schumi reflexes are not what they used to be!
  13. Thanks.. I've taken the tip about adjustibility of arm supports backwards to heart and very hard to make out if any of these listed have that feature... The perils of buying online... Sluiper can arm supports on the ones you got be adjusted backwards?
  14. payback for challenging CSA on her olympic non-selection?
  15. Not open on Monday (public holiday)?
  16. I'm convinced. I have a single bontranger shoe buckle to sell (its mate is someonwhere on the road near tarlton along with some skin and flesh from my upper right thigh. i would sell those too if I still had them.
  17. Any testimonials or famous (or at least top 3 in their category) advertisers that have used your services?
  18. you bet
  19. things are getting strange I'm starting to worry.... this could be a case for mulder and sculley... ok not the theme tune but thats whats now stuck in my head.
  20. Join the club. cyclists admitting they are dopers is the new black. OK I admit it I visited grahamstown more than once in my youth, and well things happened. Not sure I rode a bicyle though.
  21. Exactly. The arrogance of the man. Berto seems to think both he and Lance are better than me and Tumbleweed - even though we never took PED's. what a nob chop.
  22. So how many Tours did Lance win then...?
  23. the instructor didn't cancel. the consumer did.
  24. So essentially its a debate around whether R500 is reasonable or not. i think it is. There are no absolutes here as you suggest.
  25. no because at that point no contract is in place - no transaction concluded. once you pay the money over and accept the T's anc c's nyou have a contract. By the way, the only time the CPA is absolute on suppliers not being able to withol deposit is where cancellation is due to death or illness
