OK, I think I have figured out the problem myself, you have to add the watch as a trusted device. Go to Settings, "lock screen" - "smart lock", then add it as a trusted device, so far it has worked, I have been out of my office a few times and reconnected without needing to enter the PIN.

Maybe its the A series phones, Drives me crazy, I have had a Vivoactive 3 music did it with my new phone and now a VIVOACTIVE 4

Good day Fellow hubbers, I just want to know if anyone else experience the same problem with Garmin watches and Samsung phones, the Watch and phones pairs as normal but when the watch and phone goes out of Bluetooth range you need to enter the pairing pin again, this only started when I changed from an old S10 to a A32 - Please help if there is, Garmin knows about the problem and they claim its a Samsung issue, have anyone found a work around.

I am 1.79 m Tall with a 84cm inseam, as another person mentioned bang in the middle of Medium and Large on Mountain bikes, I am on a 56cm Road bike, If you gonna do longer distances, go large, if you gonna do lots of technical twisty stuff go for the Medium, just my 2c.

Go to your nearest BMG dealer they will make you one from o-ring cord.

Just added my Silverback mountainbike on out and for R8,32, I am riding in the mornings with it, so R8,32 is well worth it.

Have a look at Duathlon, I got a bottle mounting thing with rubbers for like R129, holds a water bottle on my wife's bike well even after a year.

I have had Garmin all the time went from a 810 to a 520 and now have a 530, believe me, later on you would want to get an upgrade if you see the features of the Garmins, especially the mountainbike profile for off-road riding with measuring your jumps, flow ect. I might be a gimmick but it is nice.

@Block I have such a system, I am on the east rand, you are more than welcome to come and use it at my house, don't really want to sell it.

Firstly download the Wattbike app, then make sure you get a Bluetooth one, then so their workouts, get ready to suffer - wattbike atom would be better, it adjusts your power automatically. It is advisable to get you FTP as well start somewhere like 180w, if the workouts are too easy then adjust.

I had it in June, bad symptoms but got back into it, my wife hardly had any symptoms but now she is sitting with LONG covid complications, so be very careful and keep an eye on that HR.

I got a piece of 0.4mm Diaphragm rubber from supplier, works like charm, it is nicely re-enforced with fibers as well.
