    I drink about 450ml a day. My reason is I like a bit of everything. Got that flexitarian cook book from woolies a while back. Some lekker veggie/vegan dishes in there.

    Howzit guys. So I’m planing on doing the lower leg service a little later today. The service manual says 10ml of oil per leg but I hear some people say they reckon that, that is to little for our conditions in SA and that they put 25ml in. In my head I know I must follow the manual but I’m just curious on others opinions. Lekker.

    I was told the same. It has 40hrs on it so I’ll do it when I do the 50hr service.

    Is there a Droo in GP? My Lyrik almost feels harder than my rigid fork. I have taken out all the volume spacers and relaxed the rebound. Not sure what else to do. I have the HSPC on one click and LSPC on 7 if that helps.

    I was on a rigid ss for 7 years before I bought my new bike. I was getting a bit more adventurous wrt riding and wanted something burly. I got a 170mm/165mm bike with long, low and slack geo. I knew it was going to make a difference to my riding but it has given me so much confidence and joy that I don’t regret it for a second. Get the bike man.

    My Endura shorts are still looking brand new after 4 years. The inner short and pad are also still in good condition. If I was in your shoes I’d splurge on shorts.

    Ja I really dunno whats going on. I think the universe hates me riding bikes. My rear derailleur blew out today, replaced it with another nx 11 spd so lets see. I’m so over this drivetrain poef I sommer want to make this bike a ss as well.
