    Hey guys. I have been looking around the www but can’t find a definitive answer on a service kit for the fox dpx2. Anyone got a part nr or something I can google? EDIT: Never mind. I figure the seal kit they use in the rebuild is the same you will use in the 125hr service.

    Just wrt that pro bike garage app. It is really cool. Has a poef house of components on there with their service/replacement intervals and syncs with your strava so it gets the hours/km from there. Pretty lekker.

    Hahahaha! My fishing adventures have taken a bit of a dive lately. Was fishing in some Lochs in Scotland in July. I only had my travel rod with me, next time hopefully we will spend more time there and then I’ll buy a fly rod and do it properly.Some photos of the loch and the river running through my sisters village. Saw some Salmon jumping, was sad I never got to fish it.

    At Gnu Valley they charge R100 per day and have two lekker big dams with pontoons, you park next to the water, shaded picnic tables, braais and decent toilets. Not knocking the nf idea but are there plans for these kinds of things?

    Those little trout farms in Magalies pump over the weekend. To much actually. I’d fish Northerns. I’d probably go once every two months.

    Champix also worked for me. Tried it again years later then I had to stop because it was really affecting my mental wellbeing.

    I use nicorettes. I use the 4mg for two months and then the two for two. Works for me. I am just so disappointed with myself for starting again. Not even sure why I did. Anyway. On day 3 again... Well done and keep it up guys. It really is not worth it.
