    I don't see anyone ever getting a fine from a JMPD cop for not having 2 brakes on a bicycle. Cyclists dont carry wallets all the time so the bribes are too low. But is see your point. No Fixies for hte germans then.

    Wishlist item. Search by distance from event. eg. I am in ( neighbourhood, town/ google maps click here ) all races within 100km. The Reason: If you stay in Gauteng you have 4 provinces within 100km from you, 5 if you include Gauteng.

    There is an interesting book. Fooled by Randomness. It is about luck in the markets but the reasoning holds true. We over estimate our own achievements. If we succeeds at something we will find the patterns that match our preferred explanation, wheter it be god or our own hard work.

    Determination and mindset is mostly genetic too. So it is luck all the way. We adore hero's because they had the right genetic mutations to really want to win.

    Emirates lost my luggage on the way to a 10 day hike. I ran around madrid like a headless chicken trying to replace the most urgent in the three hours i had before my train left. New hiking boots are joy ( sarcasm ) Long emails later they paid for about 15% of the expenses. Their reasoning is that they found it within 3 days. It isnt so easy to hike with 2 backpacks. So i told them to send it home to joburg. A month later it got home. I would not have been surprised if I opened it and it contained a lot of single socks.

    If there was less racing the top guys would be at every race. If we drop the TDF and the Vuelta you can have your big show down. As for Wiggo vs FroomDawg. This is about bussiness. Team bosses prefer a win to a good fight and ending with second and third. This is a team sport. You need support riders to make is to the podium at the end. If you divide your 7 remaining supprt riders between 2 team captains. You won’t have anyone on the podium, let alone anyone taking the mantelpiece furniture home.

    I picked up a pamplhet from bearing man the other day. It is for a chain wax 'GO' Has anyone seen used or drank this. is it any good. It seems to be for industrial applications below 60 degrees celsius. Not suitable for chainsaw chains
