  1. True it's not like you take the fork off and leave the lockout lever behind on the bar or something ...
  2. Stil bek is heel bek ๐Ÿ˜‹
  3. Ai mate go look there where the MEN are discussing chain ring sizes ... A 36 minimum with a 10 that's what you must have! #JustKidding
  4. Ja nee kyk ou .... ek hou maar die pienk bloes ๐Ÿ˜ณ
  5. Okes with some beeg legs here ๐Ÿ˜ฎ
  6. Thankfully I think I'm over the worst of my 'general air of malaise' The last 30k's hurt like crazy but then again it always does no matter what your state of fitness or health is!
  7. On point as the cool kids say ๐Ÿ˜Ž https://www.velonews.com/events/tour-de-france-femmes/reconsidering-retirement-ashleigh-moolman-pasio-is-sticking-around-because-of-the-tour-de-france-femmes/
  8. The quality of his stuff, man! Back in the days when there were no wide range cassettes he offered an upgrade to 10sp cassettes to a 42. I bought one and used it for quite some time but then cassettes became available and 11sp of course and the rest of the dinner plate cassette story is history The reason for my post is some may remember I got a 10sp 11-50 cassette I put on my gravel bike but even with a Rapide extender it 'worked' but was really pushing the limits of the derailleur. With some advice from Grumpy at The Workshop decided to go with something a bit smaller for the GT100 miler tomorrow. But hey I need it pronto! Remembered I had this 'Gearhead 42' in my bike boxes and was sure I had an old 11-36 cassette knocking about. Unlike before I didn't remove the 15/17 and replace it with a 16 which we did then also from Wayne of course, I left the 11 off (used a 12 lock ring naturally) so now I have a 12-42 but keeping in mind it has a 42 chain ring. The jumps between gears is way way better and the shifting is 100%
  9. I got the mail today with the link to the GPX
  10. Thanks, I was printing something anyway so decided to just slip them in ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  11. Lekker catch up with @Pikey and his P-Soop ... decided to ditch the cable ties, printed a lot of these and slowly replacing them. A tad neater and they don't cut you! Although Grumpy says I put the cable ties on wrong that's why ๐Ÿ˜œ It would appear that I'm finally getting over the dreaded lurgi ... sometimes the cure is worse than the illness comes to mind.
  12. Thanks man! Like with many other things I do that are cycling related sometimes I do it just because I can no other reason ๐Ÿคช
  13. When did you get that, I haven't received anything .... Hope I get the GPX file ๐Ÿค”

  16. I'll certainly be doing the 60, have entered for the full ride but depending how I feel Friday I'll decide.
  17. Just ambling about, hopefully can resolve this medical issue soonest ๐Ÿค”
  18. I guess the white cages look better now ๐Ÿคช
  19. Designed and printed this, it's a bracket to mount a dolly chair on the back of my 3y old granddaughter's new bike she got for her birthday on Monday. The one it came with doesn't allow the seatpost to go low enough for her to reach the pedals.
  20. That white was irritating me as well as the unused front derailleur cable stops and the fact that the rear gear cable isn't a full outer. Stripped, drilled/filed the cable stops. It's at the painter now ....
  21. What are these 'bars' y'all going on about? I'm no lightweight and have settled on 25/28 PSI F/R on MTB and 32/35 PSI F/R on gravel I have found that going too low on my gravel bike makes the bike wander around too much ... No idea how accurate my pump is and I certainly am not one of those that can feel a single PSI either way either
