No, that's incorrect. iHealth is a 3rd party health metrics measuring / collation app that you can download to your phone or watch, and fitness watch manufacturer (the iHealth Wave) It is NOT the same as Apple Health, which is what the watch and phone come with already loaded, and use for the Vitality program.

Yeah, I don't know how their contracts operate ito cancellations, but I think they must lock you in for a year and then after it's a month-to-month thing. You'd likely get a better answer from the Virgin guys themselves than Vitality.

I don't know what to think of this Enduro-mtb mag. It feels as if they don't really pay that much attention to things, and overly criticize bikes that aren't boutique. Several of their reviews I've read and thought they didn't really think about things as well as they could have. Guide T brakes on the 2nd level bike - yeah, maybe that's a "not great" thing, but a simple fix. Not the bike's problem. A progressive leverage curve is a bad thing? They'd rather see ali wheels and better brakes - yeah, okay. That I agree with as I personally prefer alu wheels. Stack height too low, and the answer is "you're only able to fix it with all the spacers under the stem"?? Ever heard of a riser bar!? But still... for the price, it's an excellent spec.

Sorry dude, you obviously don't know how small changes to geo and kinematics can change the way a bike rides and performs. Trance = hard hitting trail bike that acts as if it's got more travel than it has. A proper short-travel bruiser, like the Rocky Thunderbolt, Tranny Smuggler and other bikes that eke out the hooliganism despite the "lack" of travel. Happy to have long days in the saddle, but will pout more than a collie who hasn't been run for 4 days if that's all you do. Looks for trouble. Short legged AM bike. Spark = XCM / XCO bike with a bit more squish, happier to cover long distances instead of hanging with the cool kids. It'll do the tech stuff, but you'll need to be more clinical in your line choice instead of just letting it go. Long legged XC bike.

Depends entirely on the traffic, so it's not for peak tourist or weekends.
