  1. This. Give a dog love, attention, respect and training and it'll grow up accordingly. Chain it up, beat it and make it fear you, and it'll reciprocate. If you raise a vicious dog, you'll likely raise vicious kids. Put as much love and attention into raising a pup, and, just like a child, they'll flourish.
  2. GARDEN SHARK!!! Love these doggos. And staffies. And Jackies. And Pitties. And Labs. And Afrikanis jobbies. Heck. All dogs matter.
  3. BMW's new grille still looks like Bugs.
  4. gotten a bit more rutty, eh? Love that place. Several ohshit moments there on saturday....
  5. He deserved that result, man. Really really happy for the guy. Those KTM's are gonna be ripping.
  6. 100% agreed, it's been absolutely crazy. Fair enough, it was a completely different thing indeed. IMO it isn't dangerous. No more than a block-pass, at least. As for the high mass calipers - heat dissipation, man. If the caliper has a higher mass, it allows heat to be removed from the pads that much more efficiently just due to the increased thermal mass. I dunno why Yam decided to go for the low mass (normal?) calipers, unless just for weight saving. They're the ONLY ones on the grid doing so.
  7. Paarl... http://www.instagram.com/p/CEM0gsknqS7
  8. Really? He was putting it in like that perfectly almost every time. Not impacting on anyone else at all. Was VR's defensive masterclass a few weeks ago also dangerous riding?
  9. ????
  10. I will neither confirm nor deny
  11. Just sayin... not having to worry about a whoopsie takes a tremeeeendous amount of ease off of things. In my experience (and in talking with mates of mine who have done the same thing) it's an aphrodisiac all by itself.
  12. You don't have to, and people shouldn't be telling you to. It's your own decision, frankly. But. I will say it has tremendous upsides. No more last-minute rushes to get a dunny (if you're in a long term relationship) or having to worry about getting your Pull-Out Method game strong. When you're both horny AF and just wanna rip each other's clothes off. No mistakes, no mood-altering hormone suppressants, no surprises and the ability to plan when you want to have kids. Reverse the procedure when you're truly ready, and hey presto. Incidentally I thanked my lucky stars that I'd had it done, in the last days of my marriage.
  13. soon to be dysfunctional, if not already.
  14. Nah, Marquez isn't the only one who can save those falls, VR and others have before, too. But. Marc can save them from far deeper, imo. And nah, he's still good. That was a complete freaker for him, but he's very lucky. And he's doing what he loves. Plus he was still the first Yam home. ????
  15. 100% agreed, though I can't wait for the day when lightie comes along for the dawdles....
  16. I reckon he, Binder & Quat will be hooning it next year. Rins, too. Damn, he was quick, until he lost that front end
  17. hehehe... that's why I only watched Moto for a loooong time. It's far, far more interesting. As is Formula E....
  18. Some of the VPN services allow you to load the details onto your router, so you don't have to pfaff. Not sure how much of an effect it'll have on DL speeds, but it can't be slower than the opera built-in, which works well for FHD content on Netflix & Youtube Premium (yes, I caved. I got to despise the adverts. If you're watching 10 short vids a day that's a min of 50 seconds that you're legit just losing. Half an hour over a month. And that's not even counting the longer vids which can have 5 to 10 ads per vid. My time is worth more than the R75 I pay to get rid of that, and get access to their Originals catalogue. BTW. WAYNE on YouTube Premium. Excellent.
  19. you not seen that before? It's excellent, yeah. The stronger the stream, the thinner your paddles need to be.
  20. if you're on a pc, use Opera browser. Has a built-in vpn
  21. Maxxis 2.35 or Schwalbe 2.35?
  22. A friend of mine has two 220x35mm beams of meranti, more than 50y old, taken from his cousin's house. one is 3m long, the other 4.8m. Took the white paint off, random orbital at 40grit to get rid of the primer and get them prepped, so we can decide what to do with them. Proper, old, strong and well-grained meranti. The way they used to make it. My old man had a plank of imbuia that he was saving for something. I dunno what came of it, but I'd love to make something out of it if it's still there in the garage at my mom's place.
  23. Ja. But when you get good meranti, it's wonderful. Some really, really interesting grains and quite easy to work with.
  24. And definitely didn't listen when Rossi was there, either. Seems like an Italian problem...
