  1. Although there is an "online shopping" forum under Tech Shack.
  2. +1 I just ordered one of those helmets now. Can't wait anymore, CWC specials are taking too long.
  3. Back On!
  4. I can't help myself, been checking their site every 5 minutes!
  5. Photos are up on ROAG website!
  6. Griffin - 1 set for me pleeease.
  7. I have the 500, and the 800. I use the 500 on my road bike, because it is small and gives me just enough info on the screen. I use the 800 for MTB because you can fit more info on the screen and it is easier to read while bouncing around off road. I also like that you can change screens by sliding your finger across it. You can also change items you want to see on each screen just by pressing and holding the item, without going into settings. I've had many BIG falls with my 800 and so far no problems. Also, you can load maps on the 800 if you want. If I had to choose just one, it would be the 800 without a doubt.
  8. Absolutely love my Sidi Dragon 2's! Also have the Ergo 2's for the road. They just feel like they where made for my feet. Never tried the Spez though.
  9. I have always wanted to thank Hylton for those awesome trails. Brilliant work!
  10. Been runing Monorails front and back for two years now, and still think they are the best thing since low GI sliced bread! The C shaped knobs work really well to grip while cornering and the center knobs are fast. Only issue is that on the back it is not the most grippy on loose climbs.
  11. I had the GPS route from the 45k Winter Solstice race that they had down threre. I will have a look and see if I can find it.
  12. So now was he on knobblies or slicks?
  13. Those Recon grip shifters might be for Shimano though.
  14. What about these: http://www.thehubsa....hift-brand-new/ I have also seen SRAM compatible 10 speed grip shifters on a French website, I just can't remember the name now.
  15. KHS, Jamis, Ventana and Haro make 650b bikes, Kenda and Schwalbe make 650b tyres. Stan's, Sun Ringle and WTB have rims. The momentum is gathering...
  16. I'm still waiting for 650b. It will hopefully be the best of both, and for a short-ass like myself it will look like I'm riding a 29er anyway!
  17. As my old father always says: Measure twice, cut once!
  18. What is the web address for Take2 Amazon portal? Sounds like fun!
  19. I always use my P.O. Box address. They just leave a slip in your PO Box telling you how much you have to pay, and you collect and pay for your parcel at the counter. Never had a single problem with any of my 19 orders so far.

It is just inland from Ballito on the North coast. www.hollatrails.co.za
  21. You sound like the unluckiest person alive! Either that or you are a local agent or LBS creating k*k. Otherwise you are a bored Hubber looking for an entertaining thread on a Friday afternoon, Newbie.
  22. I it safe to take CO2 bombs on a plane with the decrease in air pressure?
  23. I use non-tubless Monorails with absolutely no problems, I do have Crossmax SLR's which I think help the tyre seat tightly. I have a mate who runs Race King Protection on DT Swiss rims with no problems either.
  24. I agree on the Garmin. I now use my Polar 725 only as a watch. I love the fact that you can customise the display on the Edge 500 and you can scroll through three different screens - All the info you want, how you want it.
  25. I have a pair of Giro Monaco gloves and every time I ride in the wet my hands are stained black for at least a day afterwards I don't expect that from such expensive gloves!
