  1. Awesome! I'm loving the return of the hover function. Thanks Admin
  2. I have ordered 12 times in the last year. Totaling about R60,000.00 (I buy some stuff for friends). Twice a small item was sent incorrectly, both times they told me to keep the incorrect item and they gave me a credit for it. Placing another order now using my 10% off! I do always check out CWC before ordering, and if an item is a similar price I will buy local.
  3. From what I have just read after doing a Google search, it doesn't seem as though the roasting causes the trans fats, but partially hydrogenated oils are added to make the peanut butter creamy and stop the oil from separating from the peanut butter. Even then the qauntity of trans fats seems to be negligible. If you buy natural, or organic types of peanut butter it should be O.K., just look out for "partially hydrogenated oils" in the ingredients.
  4. I know that transfats are the worst kind of fat. Never even thought about roasting causing transfats. Food for thought.
  5. I agree totally. I crashed and smashed my downtube. My LBS was paid out by Cyclesure before they even had a chance to order a new frame
  6. No updates on the morewood.com blog since May?
  7. Then there is 650B (27.5 Inch). Which has been around forever, and is threatening to go mainstream.
  8. I bought my 705 from iwarehouse.co.za - Best price I could find anywhere.
  9. I like where this is going. You could charge the battery for your motor from it!
  10. Ha Ha. What a clown! An instant classic!
  11. Do yourself a favour, and get Johan to source and build your weelset.
  12. Ok Ok, I might as well try it. Where can I find it, and how much?
  13. Once they sent me a regular tyre instead of tubeless that I ordered. I e-mailed them with a photo of the incorrect tyre, they refunded the amount that I paid for the tubeless tyre to my credit card, and said that I could keep the wrong tyre for free.
  14. I wish I had a camera with me on day 4 of J2C. Then you would have seen some awesome photos!
  15. I've done many "Ghetto" tubeless conversions for people and no one has ever come back to complain (maybe they are all in hospital ) I use the narrow bmx tubes and cut them to resemble rim strips. If you use UST tyres and sealant you aren't going to have a problem.Wallee2010-05-04 09:44:09

  19. Does anybody know what the 86X53X53 bag is that they are talking about. I would guess that they would use the plastic tote boxes from the Sani2C, but these definitely sound like soft bags. Is it Cape Epic style bags that you can keep?
  20. ...and the distance went from 830km up to 920km. Now thats more sad news
  21. This one from the Epic website does it for me:
  22. Thanks Kiwi. I'll just have to wait...
