  1. awesome as usual! Congrats to marius and kurnul with their results.
  2. Works very very well. But it is MOERSE expensive. 3 scoops per hour for my weight. 1 scoop costs R 6-00. that is R 50-00 per race. To rich for my blood.
  3. glad you got sorted. what helmet did you get? as an aside' date=' i got given a rapha cap by craven that is tempting me to ride without a helmet [/quote'] mmmm a Spiuk Nexion. It is on special Dont go riding without a helmet and a caps. you are NOT a pro OR a tjop!
  4. jip, remember you, flying up the hill! Other guy and lady cycling with you. I'll say hi next time, i do tiekiedraai a couple of times a week. Always at that time.
  5. at least its not burning pee-pee.

  8. Hey, i lost my white LAS helmet. One of those found?
  9. Is it necessary to train with an energy drink during afternoon rides or can you just train on water? I talking about between 1h30 and 2h00 rides some of some are quite intense. I want to lose weight as soon and much as possible. Thnx FanieFiets2010-02-01 05:41:48
  10. Time. Doing 15 km hard hill traing is better than 40 flat route.
  11. Not a snowballs chance in hell. But ANYTHING is possible, certain things as just much more unlikely than others.
  12. good deal. just a bit far.
  13. Right attitude, getting people in positions that are capable of handling it. FanieFiets2010-01-26 09:47:42
  14. but lilo still can.
  15. go to someone that sells ryder. They should help you. If the sell and do not want to help you i suggest switching shops want dan is hulle drolle.
  16. no offence but if a person spends 8-10 hours on a bike and has a proper cycling program he should be able to do sub 3 weather permitting. Especially such a lightweight!
  17. After yesterday's race i think i'll be strong enough for a sub 3, apparently it was the same amount of climbing as argus will be. mmmm, argus is a bit more. Plus time on rolling hills are much faster than climbs like in the argus as the momentum carriers you quite a bit into the next hill. But the argus you must be strong enough to keep with the front bunch or if you are in G strong enough to jump over to F before smits. Your time is fast enough this weekend, but your Group for the argus is a bit sucky!
  18. hillcrest or Contermanskloof?
